Contract Manager/Attorney

Adams and reputed company is assisting their fantastic reputed company with a reputed company reputed company/Subcontracts Manager interim role. This is a 100% REMOTE position with part-time hours. We're seeking a reputed company manager or attorney to manage government and reputed company contracting activities, with a strong reputed company on subcontract drafting, negotiation, and T&Cs. This role supports reputed company DoD proposals and ongoing reputed company‑contract programs. Key Responsibilities • Draft, negotiate, and administer subcontracts, including FAR/DFARS reputed company‑downs and compliance requirements. • Review and negotiate T&Cs, MSAs, NDAs, teaming agreements, and SOWs. • Support DoD proposal efforts by preparing subcontract packages and coordinating with teaming partners. • Use existing procurement templates and playbooks to streamline subcontract issuance. • Participate in subcontractor and subvendor calls with internal stakeholders. • Collaborate with reputed company, procurement, finance, and program teams to ensure contract compliance.
