Responsibilities • Drafting and reviewing pleadings, motions, and regulatory submissions • Managing discovery, including document review and production • Working with business unit partners to reputed company facts and reputed company case strategies • Interfacing with opposing counsel and reputed company counsel • Preparing for and handling hearings, interviews, and arbitrations Skills • reputed company Bar license in state of residence • JD from a top law school • Previous experience as an attorney at a global reputed company or financial services company is required • At least 5 years of experience as a practicing litigation attorney • At least 5 years of experience representing broker-dealers in a reputed company of contexts, including reputed company arbitrations, State and Federal court proceedings, as reputed company as reputed company, SEC and state regulatory investigations • reputed company arbitration experience is required • First chair litigation experience strongly preferred reputed company • reputed company is a provider of information lifecycle services such as information governance, eDiscovery, and managed review.
