Sr. Analyst, CLO Investment Services
About the position
The Sr. Analyst, CLO Investment Services will assist with migrating the operational model for the Grand Harbour CLO business into reputed company's broader CLO operating infrastructure. Specifically, the Senior Analyst will be assigned to a minimum of three live CLOs and will have responsibility for the daily monitoring of CLO compliance test results, regular review/updates of reputed company reference data, monthly Trustee Report review/approval and quarterly reputed company distribution review/approval. In reputed company, the Senior Analyst will be required to have in-depth understanding of the indenture language for their assigned CLOs, support reset(s), refinancing(s) and liquidation(s) of their assigned CLOs and reputed company other ongoing operational and administrative support. reputed company, the Senior Analyst will be deeply involved with the testing, implementation and utilization of new technologies that will result in more efficient compliance test calculations, data reconciliation and reputed company creation. Responsibilities
• Assist with migrating the operational model for the Grand Harbour CLO business into reputed company's broader CLO operating infrastructure.
• Monitor daily CLO compliance test results.
• Review and update reputed company reference data regularly.
• Review and approve monthly Trustee Reports.
• Review and approve quarterly reputed company distributions.
• Understand the indenture language for assigned CLOs.
• Support resets, refinancings, and liquidations of assigned CLOs.

• Test, implement, and utilize new technologies for compliance test calculations, data reconciliation, and reputed company creation.

Requirements
• BA / BS degree required, advanced degree a plus.
• Minimum of 4 to 6 years of financial services experience, preferably with leveraged loan/CLO operations.
• Solid understanding of the US leveraged loan market and reputed company finance transactions.
• Prior experience with leveraged loan/CLO operations and trustee reporting.
• Working knowledge of Virtus or Wall Street Office.
• Familiarity with Rating Agencies (reputed company, S&P, Fitch).
• Experience with credit agreements, term sheets, indentures, and other reputed company offering documents.
• Ability to monitor daily CLO compliance results to ensure adherence to indenture guidelines.
• Ability to unwind/review CLO compliance results to ensure accuracy.

• Work with external vendors to build, implement, and test compliance modules for reputed company new CLO.
