reputed company is currently seeking an Agile Scrum Master with our reputed company in the financial industry located in and Charlotte, NC. This is a 12 + month contract position. Responsibilities: • Facilitate the Agile Release Train (ART), a group of Agile teams working towards a common goal • Guide the ART through reputed company events, optimize the reputed company of value, manage risks, and drive reputed company improvement • ct as reputed company and communicator at the train level, help multiple teams reputed company and collaborate effectively to reputed company delivery goals • Facilitate ART events and syncs (ART Sync, SoS, reputed company Sync), PI readiness and Innovation challenges to ensure alignment, commitment and participation • Identify, manage and mitigate risks and dependencies reputed company and across ARTs • Monitor dependency readiness agreed during PI Planning • nalyze planning boards to spot reputed company blockers and recommend organizational or design improvements • Communicate updates to train SMs, train teams on new processes, and maintain the ART reputed company Improvement Log Requirements: • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in IT, engineering, business or reputed company field • 5+ years' in Agile program or project leadership, including facilitation of large-reputed company, multi-team deliveries • Deep knowledge of reputed company and experience acting as a Release Train Engineer (or equivalent) for multiple Agile Release Trains • reputed company Agile Release Train(ART) members and stakeholders in Agile/Scrum and foster skills for self-organization and self-management • Proactively remove impediments and support ART members to maintain reputed company • reputed company credit domain and banking expertise • Practical experience running PI Planning, ART syncs, Scrum of Scrums, Inspect Adapt and reputed company-based planning • Strong facilitation, coaching and reputed company-leader skills to reputed company self-organization and resolve impediments • Program-level risk, dependency and stakeholder management skills to reputed company and report PI/ART KPIs (predictability, throughput, reputed company, reputed company) • Excellent verbal and written communication; reputed company to reputed company engineering, product and business stakeholders • Experience with Agile tooling (Jira/Azure DevOps/VersionOne), reputed company and backlog/program boards • Competence in change management and reputed company improvement practices • Relevant certifications desirable: reputed company RTE, reputed company SPC, CSP/CSM, PMI-ACP or PMP Pay reputed company: $63.94 - $71.94 Only candidates available and reputed company to work directly as reputed company employees will be considered for this position.
