Diegem# HCM Junior Technical Consultant - September 2026## Your Role • Write software programs using specific programming languages or platforms and related tools, platform and environment. • Write, update, and maintain computer programs or software packages to handle specific jobs, such as tracking inventory, storing or retrieving data, or controlling other equipment. • Consult with managerial, engineering, and technical personnel to clarify program intent, identify problems, and suggest changes. • Write or contribute to instructions or manuals to guide end users. • Is able to make sure the coding is bug free and data is secured without any data leakage vulnerability. • Certification: Certification on Saas or Package Based solution andoror relevant programming toolsorlanguage, and relevant methodology.## Your Profile • You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in (Applied) Computer Science, Business Engineering, or other scientific field, e.g. Physics • You have knowledge of at least one programming language like Java, Python, ... • You are experienced with SQL • You like to combine business with technology: you get energy from engaging with customers but also love to deep-dive into more complex and challenging technical analyses • You like to develop a broad technical skillset to respond to a variety of customer requirements and challenges, instead of focusing on expertise in only one domain • You have a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills • Native speaker in Dutch or French (and willing to improve the other language); with professional working proficiency in English • You are eligible for security clearance (NATO passport)## Your Benefits At Capgemini Belgium we offer flexibility in more than one way: next to our hybrid way of working, where we offer you can work 70% from home, we also offer our flex abroad program.
