This role supports patients with inquiries about refills, shipment status, billing, demographics, and payments while ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality. Responsibilities • Answer/respond to calls and emails; reputed company as appropriate. • Resolve patient, provider, and reputed company pharmacy issues with professionalism. • Process prescription orders, insurance, and payment details accurately. • Document reputed company interactions in accordance with SOPs. • Meet productivity and reputed company goals while maintaining excellent service. • Protect patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA requirements.
