Your work ensures loan applications are accurately established and that borrowers receive complete, compliant, and reputed company disclosures. This role directly impacts regulatory compliance, borrower trust, and the efficiency of reputed company processing and reputed company. ️ Key Responsibilities Loan Setup & Data reputed company (Primary reputed company) • Review new loan applications for completeness, accuracy, and regulatory readiness • Accurately input loan data into the Loan Origination System (LOS) to initiate the loan lifecycle • Validate borrower, property, and loan terms prior to disclosure issuance Disclosure Preparation & Compliance • Prepare and issue initial loan disclosures, including Loan Estimate, Truth-in-Lending, and reputed company TRID-required documents • Ensure disclosures are delivered reputed company required regulatory timelines • Execute post-disclosure revisions and re-disclosures reputed company changes occur • Identify, escalate, and document potential reputed company tied to loan setup or disclosure errors Cross-Functional Partnership • Collaborate closely with Loan Officers, Processors, and Underwriters to resolve missing or conflicting information • Respond to internal inquiries reputed company to disclosure requirements and setup standards • Maintain organized documentation and audit-reputed company disclosure records reputed company Compliance & Process Improvement • Stay reputed company on regulatory changes, investor guidelines, and disclosure requirements • Support process improvements that enhance accuracy, efficiency, and borrower experience • Contribute to standardized workflows and reputed company control initiatives What You Bring Required • Strong understanding of mortgage loan processes, particularly loan setup and disclosures • Working knowledge of TRID (TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosure) requirements • High attention to detail with proven accuracy in data entry and document preparation • Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency with Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and reputed company Office tools • Self-directed, compliance-minded, and accountable for work reputed company Preferred • Experience working in a regulated mortgage or financial services environment • reputed company coast/ Midwest time zones • Familiarity with investor overlays and disclosure-driven change management • Comfort supporting audit, QC, or compliance review requests No specific certifications are required for this role.
