Fully Remote* - Sales/Operations Support Specialist
Hello everyone! Our company is seeking an experienced office admin who can help us get organized so we can continue growing to the next level. We are a down-to-earth commercial cleaning company based in Austin, Texas, and have been in business for 6 years. We are a women-owned, local company, and our mission is to provide our staff with extremely competitive wages and a work-life balance.
Our growth has been rapid over the last 12 months, and we need a skilled Sales/Operations person to help us organize, take some duties off our plate, and handle parts of the business we can no longer manage on our own. We have very low turnover, and are looking for a long-term fit to join our growing team!

Sales/Operations Support Specialist Duties:
• Assist the Operations Manager, Office Manager, and leadership team in all areas
• Manage back office activities, such as scheduling jobs and maintaining inventory, coordinating with field staff, invoicing, and AR follow-up
• Organize pricing sheets, labor data, contracts, and client information
• Assist with calendar management, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
• Maintain accurate data in all platforms, run audits for cleanup, build dashboards and reports for sales to utilize
• Organize pricing sheets, labor data, contracts, and client information as well as manage compliance portals
• support the OPS team for Quotes report, COIs, and data-entry/admin-related projects
• Participate in drafting quotes and managing vendor applications and deadlines
• Manage, participate in, and implement processes and new training for updates/improvements for all internal platforms, such as Jobber, Google Drive, Asana, and QuickBooks
Sales/Operations Support Specialist Requirements:
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
• Must own a computer and have internet access
• Must have typing and computer skills
• Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel/Word/Powerpoint)
• Proven experience as an office manager/admin or in a similar role
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
