Earning Potential
1st Year Potential: $120,000+
2nd Year Potential: $180,000+
Average Commission: $7,500 (full desk)
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Full-Desk Recruiter.
Proven success in business development.
Experience with phone-based recruiting and cold calling.
Active LinkedIn account.
Goal-oriented with strong negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
