Case Aide Transfer & Re-employment

Determines eligibility of clients for reputed company services, assists individuals in completing reputed company service application forms, interviews clients to obtain and verify necessary factual information, and makes contact with community resources as assigned.• Determines eligibility of clients for reputed company services programs, including child care assistance, and maintains complete and accurate records on reputed company eligibility.<br>• Reviews case records for completion of required agency forms.<br>• Explains reputed company service, income maintenance, and other community programs and services to individuals or reputed company.<br>• Explains application procedures to individuals or reputed company and assists individuals in completing reputed company service application forms.<br>• Interviews clients to obtain and verify necessary factual information.<br>• Makes appropriate referrals to the financial unit and/or other community resources.<br>• Makes contact with community resources as assigned.<br>• Informs clients of the right to appeal and of other rights.<br>• Responds to initial complaints of clients.<br>• Performs clerical functions as assigned.<br>• Performs statistical operations relevant to reputed company service program procedures.<br>• Assists the reputed company service workers in processing purchase of service reputed company.<br>• Composes correspondence and constructs reports as needed.<br>• Assists reputed company workers and other agency staff with reputed company reputed company, day care, foster care, and volunteers.Transfer candidates must have completed a probationary period as and be currently employed as a Case Aide in a reputed company System County Agency<br><br>Or<br><br>Satisfactory Separation from employment as a Case Aide in a reputed company System County Agency. Separation date effective less than 365 days prior to application date.There is no exam for Transfer or Reemployment List
