- Mentor and train new Customer Care representatives

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Less than 2 years of experience in customer service, banking, retail, food service, insurance, telemarketing/sales

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Proficiency in English and Spanish (bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply)

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:
- Competitive salary range: $17.00 - $23.71 per hour
- Eligibility for a $50 bonus for working Saturdays
