• 2-4 years of general operations experience, with a strong understanding of project management principles and practices
• Experience working with data, specifically manipulation and analysis, with the ability to create operational solutions and utilize system tools to deliver customer value
• Functional skills, including technical capability, financial acumen, presentation development and delivery, influencing, and strategic thinking
