**Experienced Data Entry Technician – Customs Brokerage Team (Remote)**

Our team-oriented culture is built on the principles of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. **Job Summary** As a Data Entry Technician, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of data entry into our operating system. You'll work closely with our Customs Brokerage team to transpose customs declaration information from documents into the customs entry system, verify documents for import customs purposes, and provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. If you're a detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused individual with a passion for logistics and supply chain management, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** * Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system * Understand and identify customs documentation * Transpose customs declaration information from documents into the customs entry system to allow for the build of a valid customs declaration * Verify documents received for Import customs purposes are compliant and correct * Provide excellent customer service building and maintaining strong relationships both internally and externally * Ensure compliance at all times to regulations * Daily execution of workflow and department metrics **Qualifications** * Associates or Bachelors Degree * Effective interpersonal skills- including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, and to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing * Strong organizational and prioritization skills are critical * Proficient computer skills- solid data entry with high accuracy rate, email, internet, Excel, Word, PowerPoint * Growth mindset, eager to learn and develop your skills * Desire for a career in supply chain/logistics **Essential Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) * Experience with data entry and customs documentation * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in logistics or supply chain management * Familiarity with customs regulations and procedures * Certification in customs brokerage or a related field * Experience with data entry software and systems **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
