Job Overview
arenaflex's service team is at the heart of our firm's commitment to delivering world-class service to our clients. As a Finance Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in educating clients about investment strategies, trading tools, market mechanics, and retirement choices. You'll engage with clients, address their concerns, and provide tailored solutions to meet their unique needs. Our comprehensive training program, including the arenaflex Service Academy (ASA), will equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in this role and obtain your Securities Industry Essentials and FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound client calls, addressing their questions and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
- Provide education and guidance on investment strategies, trading tools, and market mechanics to empower clients to make informed decisions
- Take ownership of complex issues, working collaboratively with internal teams to resolve client concerns and provide tailored solutions
- Participate in the arenaflex Service Academy (ASA) training program, including paid training, study time, and support to obtain necessary licenses
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, fostering a culture of collaboration and open communication
Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you'll need a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities. While prior finance experience is not required, a growth mindset, willingness to learn, and passion for serving others are essential.
Essential Qualifications
- Ability to work full-time on-site during the arenaflex training program (ASA), followed by a hybrid work schedule
- Ability to work various shifts, including overnight and weekend availability, to serve our clients 24/7
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a finance or related field
- Previous client relationship experience, with a focus on building strong, long-term relationships
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or a related field from an accredited university
- Ability to adapt to changes in the market and business, with a keen interest in learning about finance and the securities industry
- Robust communication, influencing, and client engagement skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional service

Compensation and Benefits
arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including a starting salary of $54,100 during training, plus an annual bonus opportunity of 10% of your base pay and other eligible earnings. With the potential to increase your total compensation to $61,700 within your first year, you'll be rewarded for your hard work and dedication. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
