Job Responsibilities

As a customer service representative, your responsibilities will include:

  • Connecting with Customers: You will connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to address their questions and/or concerns.
  • Resolving Issues: You will calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues, escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate.
  • Responding to Requests: You will respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments.
  • Tracking Call Information: You will track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
  • Providing Feedback: You will provide feedback on call issues to help us improve our services.
  • Upselling: You will upsell if required, identifying opportunities to promote our products and services.

Qualifications

We are looking for fearless people – people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • IT/Network Certifications/Degrees: IT/network certifications/degrees are preferred, but not required.
  • 18 Years of Age or Older: You must be at least 18 years old to apply.
  • Proven Call Center Experience: We prefer candidates with proven call center experience, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
  • Typing 25 WPM: You must be able to type at least 25 words per minute.
  • Proficient in PC Operation and Navigation: You must be proficient in PC operation and navigation, including entry-level network troubleshooting.
  • Ability to Set Up Home Wi-Fi Network: You must be able to set up a home Wi-Fi network and configure a router or switch.
  • Core Proficiency with a Laptop or Desktop Computer: You must have core proficiency with a laptop or desktop computer.
  • Able to Work Independently: You must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent Communications Skills: You must have excellent communications skills, both oral and written.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: You must be able to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment.
  • Active Listening Skills: You must have active listening skills and be able to stay composed and objective in challenging situations.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
