Key Responsibilities

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- Residency: Must be based in the United States.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience:
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, help desk, or related field (preferred).
- Familiarity with streaming platforms or technology support (a plus).
