Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scaled, automated, user-friendly systems, reports, dashboards, and other data visualization tools to provide insights on customer feedback and product performance.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including Software Developers, Data Engineers, Research Scientists, Economists, Program & Product Managers, to develop key performance indicators (KPIs), feature engineering, and model development.
• Develop end-to-end automation of pipelines for applications and machine learning (ML) models to improve data infrastructure and meet business needs.
• Apply analytical skills to extract meaningful insights and learnings from large and complicated data sets, serving as a liaison between business and technical teams to achieve project objectives.
• Collaborate with product owners to answer key questions, provide data-driven recommendations, and implement data infrastructure improvements.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• 3+ years of experience analyzing and interpreting data with technologies such as Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL, etc.

• Experience with data modeling, warehousing, and building ETL pipelines.
• Experience in statistical analysis packages such as R, SAS, and Matlab.
