AI Voice Agent & Workflow Automation Specialist

The AI Voice Agent Specialist role encompasses designing, implementing, and supporting inbound and outbound AI voice agents across their full lifecycle. This includes working with real-time conversational AI platforms and integrating agents into existing systems using workflow automation tools, with a strong focus on n8n. The role supports scalable, reliable AI operations while contributing to efficient system integration and automation. Key responsibilities: • Design, build, deploy, and maintain inbound and outbound AI voice agents. • Configure AI agents for use of cases such as lead qualification, appointment booking, customer support, and outbound campaigns. • Integrate real-time speech-to-text (STT) and text-to-speech (TTS) technologies. • Monitor AI agent performance and continuously optimise accuracy, efficiency, and user experience. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AI agents and workflow automations. • Develop and maintain multi-step automated workflows using n8n. • Integrate AI agents with CRM platforms and business tools for data logging, task creation, and lead routing. • Implement error handling, retry logic, and logging to ensure workflow reliability. • Connect APIs and SaaS tools to create seamless data pipelines. • Assist with CRM data management tasks such as data cleansing, deduplication, and reporting. Desirable Skills and Experience: Must-haves: • Proven experience building and deploying AI voice or conversational AI solutions. • Hands-on experience with platforms such as Synthflow, Vapi, Retell AI, or similar tools. • Strong experience with workflow automation, particularly n8n. • Knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and data formats such as JSON. • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Nice-to-haves: • Experience with HubSpot CRM and data management. • Familiarity with automation tools such as Zapier or Make.com. • Basic knowledge of JavaScript or Python for custom automation logic. • Experience in telecommunications or service-based industries.
