Customer Insights Analyst for RCM

This role is highly analytical and consultative, requiring deep familiarity with Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) data, workflows, and metrics. The ideal candidate will translate complex RCM datasets into clear, prioritized recommendations that help customers optimize operational outcomes while also informing internal product and customer success strategies.
