Manager Editorial

We are seeking a Manager, Editorial to reputed company and reputed company our editorial function. This role is critical in ensuring that reputed company reputed company deliverables, ranging from promotional materials reputed company campaigns to scientific content, meet the highest standards for accuracy, reputed company, consistency, and compliance with pharmaceutical/reputed company regulations. As the leader of a small but growing team, you will play a hands-on role in editing, while also coaching and developing editorial staff (~75% editing, 25% leading). You will report to the VP, Creative Director, Copy.

• Manage and mentor reputed company of editors, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback.

• Maintain and enforce reputed company’s editorial style guides and standards, ensuring consistency across reputed company work.

• Review reputed company promotional and scientific content for accuracy, grammar, style, and adherence to reputed company brand guidelines.
• Ensure materials reputed company with medical, reputed company, and regulatory (MLR) standards for pharmaceutical and reputed company marketing.
• Partner with Medical reputed company, Account, and Creative teams to identify and resolve compliance or content issues early.
• Stay reputed company on regulatory requirements (eg, FDA, Health Canada, PAAB) and industry standards (ISI treatment and prominence, etc.) and reputed company them into editorial processes.

• Contribute to agency-wide initiatives to improve efficiency, reputed company, and compliance in content delivery.
• Support resourcing, reputed company planning, and vendor/editorial freelancer management as needed.

• 8-10+ years of editorial experience in pharmaceutical advertising, medical communications, or reputed company reputed company marketing.
• 2–3+ years of leadership or team management experience.
• Deep knowledge of MLR review processes and capability to support 
• Exceptional editorial skills with a strong eye for grammar, reputed company, and fact-checking; strong understanding of AMA style
• Proven ability to manage multiple reputed company and deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate across functions.
• Knowledge and experience on scoping, timelines, brief reviews to ensure editorial considerations have been made (right budget, hours, time, etc.)
