**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* **Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences**: Engage with customers, resolve issues, and answer questions to ensure a positive experience. Model and share customer service best practices with team members to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
* **Providing Efficient Checkout Service**: Register sales on assigned cash register, provide customers with courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
* **Merchandising and Inventory Management**: Keep counters and shelves clean and well-merchandised, take inventory, and maintain records. Check in and price merchandise as required or as directed by store manager or communicated by the shift leader.
* **Asset Protection and Compliance**: Implement Company asset protection procedures to identify and minimize profit loss. Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products.
* **Display and Visual Merchandising**: Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, super structures, and sale merchandise. Complete resets and revisions as directed.
* **Customer Service in the Photo Area**: Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print and creative machine, suggestive sell of promotional photo products.
* **Web Pick-up and Special Assignments**: Assume web pick-up responsibilities, monitor orders, fill orders, and deliver orders to customers. Assist with exterior and interior maintenance by ensuring a clean, neat, and orderly store condition and appearance.
* **Training and Personal Development**: Attend training and complete PPLs requested by Manager or assigned by corporate.
**Essential Qualifications**
* **Customer Service Experience**: 1+ year of customer service experience in a retail or service industry environment.
* **Communication and Interpersonal Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and team members in a positive and professional manner.
* **Problem-Solving and Adaptability**: Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* **Teamwork and Collaboration**: Ability to work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
* **Basic Math and Cash Handling Skills**: Basic math and cash handling skills, with the ability to accurately handle cash and operate a cash register.
