**Responsibilities**
As an Overnight Call Center Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in supporting our clients' communication needs. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Assisting clients by gathering accurate information and connecting them with an Interpreter over the phone
* Handling high-volume calls with a positive and efficient attitude
* Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is a satisfying experience
* Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with care
* Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and provide solutions
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A personal computer with a working camera and internet connection (required for remote work during the Covid-19 pandemic)
* Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering a highly satisfying customer experience
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Proven success in a previous customer service or call center position
* Ability to work remotely in emergency situations
