**Key Responsibilities**
As a customer service representative with arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Providing exceptional customer service through inbound phone calls, chat messages, and email responses
* Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
* Utilizing technology to access client information, respond to customer inquiries, and escalate complex issues
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
* Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolving customer complaints in a fair and timely manner
**Schedule and Flexibility**
We understand that flexibility is essential for remote workers. As an arenaflex customer service representative, you'll have the opportunity to create a schedule that works best for you. While the majority of work hours will be during weekdays and daytime, we offer flexible scheduling options to accommodate your needs.
**Earnings and Revenue**
As an independent contractor, your earnings will vary based on client and performance metrics. You can expect competitive rates ranging from $14 to $20 per hour, with additional incentives available for meeting client and performance targets.

**Technology and Equipment Requirements**
To ensure seamless connectivity and clear communication, you'll need:
* A quiet and secure work environment during working hours
* A personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not permitted)
* Wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication
* High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed for seamless connectivity
* Operating system of Windows 10 or Windows 11 (some clients may accept AppleOS)
* Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed
* Smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad for program work, along with an authentication app
**Work Environment Requirements**
To maintain a productive and efficient work environment, you'll need:
* A quiet, uninterrupted space
* An organized desk area
**Contractual Relationship**
As an independent contractor, you'll remain an independent contractor for the duration of your program assignment. arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with us. When you receive your contract, you'll be asked to agree to have no claim against arenaflex for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.

We're currently unable to work with contractors residing in Alaska, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Michigan, Maine, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington, or Washington DC. Contractors must also successfully pass a criminal background check.
