**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team in a remote full-time role. As a key member of our Supply Chain Systems Development team, you'll be responsible for supporting and maintaining our Distribution Center Administration Framework, as well as serving as the primary point of contact between our Centralized Computer and Application Development divisions. You'll work closely with our Organization/Telecom divisions and Innovation Office to facilitate, investigate, and implement actual solutions that support our DC operations, as well as administer and support all aspects of move/add/change requests.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Serve as the primary point of contact between the Distribution Center Administration Framework, Centralized Computer, and Application Development divisions
* Work closely with Organization/Telecom divisions and Innovation Office to facilitate, investigate, and implement actual solutions that support DC operations
* Coordinate all data backups and data recovery procedures
* Communicate with MHE vendors regarding data management
* Work with all smart devices, including Sortation Control Frameworks
* Support all data handling equipment, including printers and terminals
* Support LAN (Local Area Network) design
* Perform all future upgrades of software
* Coordinate stock tracking of in-stock supplies, including forms, labels, etc., and report usage to MIS
* Regulate non-exempt staff
* Maintain all control tables within the WMS, including access security
* Monitor the performance of the framework application to ensure it's ready and accessible to all end-users
* Manage and monitor end-user access and permissions and report to the SOX Compliance Office on a quarterly basis
* Develop reporting tools for clients to gain better visibility into the WMS and Working Metrics, whether through Crystal Reports or Cognos Report Studio
**Required Capabilities**
* 2+ years of IT experience, including Windows, Unix, SQL Server, Oracle, etc.
* 2+ years of experience working in a delivery climate
* 2+ years of experience using SQL, MS-Access, Excel, and Word
* Must be local, as this is not a remote job (Note: This job is now remote)
**Preferred Capabilities**
* Project management experience
* Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Business acumen
