As an intern at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals, develop your skills, and contribute to the success of our organization. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service & Logistics Data Analyst Intern, you'll be responsible for: * **Data Analysis and Reporting**: Use SQL to pull and aggregate data for CS&L projects, validating using SAP and other analytical tools as required. Conduct data cleaning, data merging, data architecture review, and data quality control, while creating documentation for each data request. * **Report Development and Visualization**: Help develop reports, analyses, and visualizations to provide actionable insights to the CS&L team. Train and incorporate feedback from end-users on new reports and dashboards. * **Collaboration and Communication**: Work with different members of the CS&L team on reporting and automating analytical needs. Work cross-functionally with different teams on data sets, inputs, and outputs. * **Data Quality and Control**: Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all data sources.
