Mental Health Therapist Requirements: • Must be a *fully licensed* LCMHC, LCSW, LMFT, PhD • Must be willing to see children, adolescents and adults • Minimum of 2-3 years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred • Experience providing therapy in private practice, outpatient, or community mental health settings • Strong background in evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT) • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills • Experience with EHR systems for documentation Consistent with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Arc Health Partners is committed to providing reasonable accommodations during the application process and throughout employment. Mental Health Therapist Compensation: • $50,000-$70,000 depending on hours worked • 1099 Subcontractor position Mental Health Therapist Schedule: • Full time 30+ hours per week • Fully remote As part of our clinical team, you would: • Provide therapy and assessment services in a private, outpatient, group practice • Develop a personal brand and defined niche for clients • Work with the team to promote mental health awareness in our community • Be joining a cohesive, energetic, and fun professional team atmosphere About APG APG Health specializes in providing effective and efficient behavioral health care, psychiatric care and family counseling. Today, APG Health is the largest outpatient behavioral healthcare clinic in the Central Florida Area with providers providing care and support for more than twenty thousand clients. APG Health provides behavioral healthcare services to Orlando residents that include psychiatric care for adults and children, mental health counseling, on-site ADHD testing, and clinical trials and studies for eligible candidates. We are staffed by fourteen providers, and numerous support staff that include Adult Registered Nurse Practitioners, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Mental Health Counselors, and Doctors with a range of specialties in the field of psychiatry.
