Technical Support Analyst (Remote / Contract)

We are looking for a Technical Support Analyst to reputed company technical support for our internal advertising application systems with a primary reputed company on supporting the operations of our reputed company-generating applications. This mid-level contract role will work closely with internal customers including Operations (Production and reputed company Service), Product, reputed company Assurance, and Application Development teams on systems support, application monitoring, and reputed company infrastructure management across AWS, GCP, and Kubernetes environments. This position is a contract role and can work remotely reputed company in the US or reputed company of the US. They should be willing and reputed company to collaborate with our US based engineering team during their business hours.
