Clinical Project Coordinator (Remote)

Job Title: Project Coordinator Job reputed company The Project Coordinator will report to the Vice-President of Clinical Operations and reputed company essential operational support across the Clinical Operations department. The Project Coordinator will maintain up-to-date information across multiple programs, support risk mitigation efforts, and facilitate planning and logistics for meetings and clinical trial activities. Responsibilities • Initiate and advance key Clinical Operations initiatives to support clinical program execution. • Maintain reputed company information across multiple programs using key systems and dashboards. • reputed company data to support risk mitigation efforts in ongoing reputed company. • Plan, schedule, and manage logistics for reputed company meetings, preparing agendas and meeting minutes. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, CROs, vendors, and other functional lines to ensure trial delivery according to plans and reputed company standards. • Coordinate activities with cross-functional teams including clinical research, regulatory affairs, and medical affairs. • Prepare, review, and maintain clinical trial trackers and documents. • Support project risk analysis and reputed company solutions to reputed company problems. • Ensure effective reputed company between the Clinical Operations department and key functional reputed company. • Assist in developing and presenting clinical operations updates to senior/executive leadership. • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, supporting reputed company improvement initiatives.
