The Opportunity:
Note: This is a 1099 opportunity with the possibility to convert full time.
The Executive Talent Acquisition Partner serves as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, managing full-cycle recruitment for Director-level and above roles across the organization. Acting as an internal retained search partner, this role leads executive-level searches end to end—developing sourcing strategies, engaging passive talent, assessing executive fit, and guiding leaders through the selection and offer process.
This position plays a critical role in attracting and hiring high-impact leaders aligned with Ensemble’s mission, values, and culture.
The job
• Lead full-cycle executive and senior leadership recruiting (Director and above), ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiring leader experience
• Partner closely with executives to define role requirements, success profiles, and sourcing strategies
• Build and maintain robust, diverse executive talent pipelines through research, networking, referrals, industry events, and social platforms
• Conduct in-depth executive sourcing, screening, interviews, and candidate assessments
• Serve as a strategic consultant to hiring leaders on market insights, talent availability, and competitive intelligence
• Manage interview processes, facilitate feedback, and guide decision-making
• Present, negotiate, and close offers in alignment with established compensation and relocation practices
• Track and report on recruiting metrics such as pipeline health, sourcing effectiveness, and time to fill
• Maintain strong knowledge of healthcare leadership markets and executive recruiting trends
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• 7–10 years of progressive experience in recruiting or human resources, including executive-level searches
• Experience operating in a consultative or advisory capacity with senior and C-suite leaders
• Proven success sourcing, assessing, and placing executive and senior leadership talent
• Strong influence, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Expertise in competency-based and behavioral interviewing techniques
• Knowledge of state and federal employment laws
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Proficiency with modern recruiting technologies and sourcing tools
Preferred Certifications
• AIRS Professional Recruitment Certification (PRC), PHR, or other relevant recruiting or HR certification
