E-mail Segmentation & Automation Specialist

About the position This position will be responsible for building segments for various newsletter and promotional emails within our marketing tools, as well as creating automated journeys to reach users at different point in their lifecycles. Responsibilities • Build audiences within our email service provider (Eloqua) as well as our customer data platform (Unity). These audiences will be using a variety of engagement and demographic fields requested by the various marketing teams. • Create automated journeys for specific points in user lifecycles (Onboarding, Re-engagement, etc.) • Help monitor and maintain deliverability standards to ensure our emails wind up in user’s inboxes.
