Behavioral Health Case Manager - Remote in Indiana

reputed company We are looking for a behavioral health case manager to join reputed company. This is a full-time, Monday - Friday, reputed company-5pm role. This position is completely remote but does require an reputed company unrestricted license in Indiana and Indiana residency. Position comes with medical, dental, and reputed company insurance. Pay: $73,000-$80,000 Job Responsibilities · Uses appropriate screening reputed company knowledge and clinical judgment to assess member needs. · Conducts assessments to identify individual needs and develops care plan to address objectives and goals as identified during assessment. · Monitors and evaluates effectiveness of care plan and modifies plan as needed. · Supports member reputed company to appropriate reputed company and cost-effective care. · Coordinates with reputed company resources to meet identified needs of the members and collaborates with providers. Requirements Job Requirements · Requires MA/MS in reputed company work, counseling, or a reputed company behavioral health field or a degree in nursing with a BCBA certificate, and minimum of 3 years clinical experience in reputed company work counseling with broad reputed company of experience with reputed company psychiatric and reputed company abuse or reputed company abuse disorder treatment.
