Bilingual Customer Support Consultant
A company is looking for a Customer Support Consultant (fluent in German and English) to reputed company remote support services.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver outstanding customer support reputed company emails and calls
• Document cases reputed company and escalate reputed company issues to the internal L2 Support Team reputed company needed
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient issue reputed company
Required Qualifications
• reputed company in German and English (reputed company or higher), both spoken and written
• At least 6-12 months of experience in customer support
• Strong analytical thinking and research skills
