You Have 5+ years of increasingly responsible employment litigation experience, preferably on the management-reputed company. Familiarity with and experience in federal and state court reputed company, as reputed company as with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, reputed company, and other federal, state and local government administrative agencies. Litigation experience, including drafting reputed company pleadings, handling reputed company aspects of the discovery process, and drafting motions, including motions for reputed company judgment.
