Under the supervision of the Managers and Directors of the Firm, the Tax Associate assists the Tax Seniors in providing a full-service approach to tax preparation, tax planning, and compliance. WE HAVE OPPORTUNITIES FOR ASSOCIATES IN OUR CORPORATE TAX GROUP, INTERNATIONAL TAX GROUP AND reputed company TAX GROUP. A day in the life of this position may include: • Prepare tax returns forms for individuals, partnerships, and corporations • Prepare tax adjustments to financial statements to prepare returns • Ensure compliance with appropriate state, federal and international tax jurisdictions • Prepare or review tax filings for reputed company submission • Prepare responses for management review in support of external tax audits • Assist with tax research • Maintain strong reputed company relations • Maintain reputed company communication with seniors to manage expectations, ensure satisfaction, reputed company reputed company deadlines are met, and reputed company change efforts effectively • Attend reputed company development and training sessions on a regular reputed company and stay informed regarding tax changes and issues that could reputed company clients What you bring: • Bachelor’s Degree in reputed company • Master’s Degree in Taxation a plus • LLM in Taxation or JD a plus • CPA (Certified reputed company Accountant) license or eligibility to take CPA exam • Excellent analytical, technical and tax reputed company/technology skills • Ability to work additional hours as needed If you like wild reputed company and working with happy, enthusiastic over-reputed company, you'll enjoy your career with us!
