Employee Learning and Training Consultant
Overview
Do you understand the common failures and pitfalls of the traditional Learning Management System? Why creating courses in an LMS is too slow and can't keep up with the speed of the business? Why employees loathe and roll their eyes at having to take another course? Or not being able to press the next button and being forced to watch the video? You know they take the quiz often not to learn, nor prove knowledge, but just to pass and complete the course, right? And what about the value of the data from an LMS to the business and it's executives? Does it really provide any?
Are you familiar with the neuroscience of learning? Spaced repetition, and the importance of reinforcement?
If you're familiar with why the traditional Learning Management System and eLearning platforms are struggling to earn respect and budget in corporate environments, and you're a proponent of more efficient effective training that employees value while giving the organization valuable data, this might be for you.
I'm Alex, the Founder of QKnow, and I am seeking consultants and partners to take QKnow to the market, their existing client base or companies they've worked with, and provide tremendous measurable meaningful value to users. If you are a consultant providing your own training, you can use QKnow as an internal solution to compliment your offerings. If you consult with companies, recommend tools and technologies, or have clients you work with, you can provide QKnow to your clients directly as a sales representative. If neither apply to you but you are interested in representing QKnow as sales representative, this could still be for you as well.
Your Qualifications
• Ability to present professionally and sell with integrity through cold calling and outreach to highly targeted qualified buyers and ideal customer profile types and/or a network of clients and customers you already have.
• A history of consulting or experience in Corporate Learning, Training, Instructional Design, or Sales Enablement.
• Deep familiarity with the HR Tech and L&D solutions landscape. Experience with Traditional Learning Management Systems, Sales Enablement Platforms, Microlearning, and other relevant eLearning technologies.
• Natural understanding of the differentiated value QKnow provides compared to alternative or competitive solutions in market. Ability to articulate and differentiate the value proposition of QKnow to executives, HR, learning, training, enablement & sales leaders clearly and confidently.
Compensation
This is an opportunity for an independent contractor, it is not a salaried position, and does not offer any of the typical corporate benefits. Pay is based on commission, customers or clients you acquire, and is negotiable.
