About the Job

We are offering a Senior Business Analyst Forecasting position in our Estimating group. As a key member of our team, you will drive functional effectiveness and develop cost-saving arrangements. To succeed in this role, you should have demonstrated expertise in planning, implementing, and executing SQL. You should also have a talent for improving business processes. Your job will require you to be a strategic thinker who can integrate Operations, Finance, Marketing, AI, and Workforce Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Take the lead in managing the demand planning process for assigned business lines
• Foster collaboration, streamline business cycles, and capture stakeholder needs (Crowd team, Finance, AI, and Workforce Management)
• Proactively identify significant opportunities for business improvement, system optimization, and automation while implementing data-driven process enhancements to enhance existing workflows
• Simplify and scale the current planning process efficiently to meet the specific needs of each business line, ensuring alignment with growth and scalability objectives

About You

We are excited about you because you have:

• More than 3 years of proven expertise in high-performance environments spanning tech, operations, strategy, consulting, banking, or related intelligence
• Demonstrated capability in analytical skills, with a mastery of SQL and Excel
• Significant knowledge of reporting tools like Sigma and Tableau, as well as a deep understanding of the data ecosystem, including Snowflake
• Shown unwavering ownership across each workstream while ruthlessly prioritizing what will really move the needle
• Solid verbal and written communication skills; you know how to work with individual stakeholders and senior leaders
