Job Overview

In this hybrid position, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from customers seeking quotes on auto insurance. Your primary objective will be to gather the necessary customer information and then transfer the customer to one of our sales vendors who will provide them with a quote for insurance. This role requires a unique blend of customer service, sales, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with customers via inbound calls, addressing their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of basic auto insurance points to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
  • Utilize rebuttals to overcome objections and concerns, ensuring a seamless customer experience
  • Gather and document client information with accuracy, ensuring that our vendors have the best possible information to provide quotes
  • Answer customer questions accurately and provide relevant information to address their needs
