Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction: Start taking incoming chat requests, greet customers warmly and professionally, listen attentively to their inquiries or concerns, and provide accurate and helpful responses in a timely manner.
  • Break and Self-Care: Take short breaks to rest and recharge, stretch or walk around to avoid sitting for too long, and grab a healthy snack or drink.
  • Wrap-Up and Feedback: Complete any remaining tasks, such as updating customer records or notes, provide feedback to supervisors if there were any challenging situations or areas for improvement, and log out of the chat system and prepare to end the shift.
  • Post-Shift Reflection: Reflect on the shift, make notes for yourself on any learnings or areas to focus on for future shifts, and plan any necessary follow-up actions or additional training.
