About Our Remote Work-From-Home Team
Our arenaflex work-from-home team has 40 preferred residency states, and we are currently hiring talented individuals from across the United States, excluding AK, CA, HI, and outside of the United States. Residents of Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington, and Washington, D.C. will be considered only based on special business need. What You’ll Be Doing
As a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative – Spanish-English, you will be the difference between an average and an exceptional customer experience. Your passion for helping others will shine through as you provide answers, consult on products, and resolve issues with compassion and a smile. During a typical day, you will:
- Answer incoming communications from customers
- Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues
What You Bring to the Role
To be successful in this role, you will need to bring the following skills and qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- 6 months or more of customer service experience
- Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Computer experience
- High-speed internet (> 15 mbps)
- A USB wired headset (or a compatible headset)
- A smartphone or another device that runs IOS or Android (iPad etc.) for your daily log-in
