As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing personalized support to our clients' customers, handling inbound calls, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. If you're a customer service expert with a passion for delivering outstanding results, we want to hear from you! **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative, your main responsibilities will include: * Answering inbound calls and assisting customers with specific requests and inquiries * Capturing information and entering data into our customer service database in a timely manner * Operating our customer service database and reading relevant call-handling instructions * Relaying messages and routing calls to the appropriate resources * Following up on calls with clerical duties and liaising with other departments * Providing personalized customer service at the highest level, dedicating your work time to delivering exceptional results **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A High School Diploma or GED Equivalent * Ability to pass a criminal background check * Reliable internet connection and attendance * Pleasant and friendly mannerisms, with a sound knowledge of telephone etiquette * Basic computer navigation skills * Quick and correct typing – ability to create grammatically correct responses without spelling errors * Positive attitude and a passion for learning * Goal-oriented and emphasizes accountability for delivering results * Ability to uphold our company values: + Quality + Teamwork + Service + Adaptability + Integrity + Ownership **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous call center experience * Previous customer service experience * Utilities customer service experience * Medical office setting customer service experience **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite * Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes **Training and Development** As a new hire, you'll participate in a comprehensive training program that will equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in this role. Our training program includes: * 2 weeks of remote training, conducted online and on weekends * Training on our customer service database and call-handling procedures * Ongoing coaching and support to ensure your success **Work Schedule and Requirements** As a remote Customer Service Representative, you'll work a 40-hour week, with shifts covering 7AM to 10PM Central Time. Your work schedule will be discussed during your live group interview with the hiring manager.
