- Verify information submitted by consumers through online inquiries, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Identify customers' goals and objectives, providing personalized solutions and recommendations.
- Send quality lead transfers to our licensed Loan Officers, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up.
- Utilize exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to engage with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiently use computer and data entry skills to manage customer interactions and update records.
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 2+ years of Customer Service and/or Sales experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- 2+ years of outbound Call Center Experience, with the ability to handle high-volume phone calls and various rebuttals.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with bilingual skills being a plus.
