**Workforce Scheduling**
As a Part-Time Customer Service Support Specialist, you'll work a flexible schedule, with a minimum of 20 hours per week. You'll be based in our Fayetteville, Arkansas location, and you'll have the opportunity to work remotely from home. We're seeking candidates who are available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Support Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support via phone, email, and in-person. You'll work closely with our regional office team to provide administrative support, including handling incoming faxes, reporting, maintaining databases, and more. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask will be essential in this role.
**Requirements**
* **EDUCATION**: High school diploma or equivalent required.
* **EXPERIENCE**: Minimum one (1) year customer service experience dealing with customers via telephone and in-person.
* **ESSENTIAL SKILLS & ABILITIES**:
+ Proficient in general computer operations with knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
+ Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
+ Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing exceptional service to internal and external customers.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
+ Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
**Responsibilities**
* **Administrative Support**: Provides administrative support, including but not limited to:
+ Handling incoming faxes, reporting, and maintaining databases.
+ Maintaining inventory supplies and marketing materials.
+ Orderly upkeep of retail store, supply closet, and hospitality area.
* **Customer Service**: Assists customers with basic inquiries and needs, such as:
+ Processing payments.
+ Taking messages.
+ Directing calls.
+ Logging service inquiries and documenting relevant information.
* **Scheduling**: Schedules sales and service appointments for retail team members.
* **Research**: Conducts initial research of service inquiries and forwards for appropriate handling.
* **Deliveries**: Makes deliveries to postal services.
* **Valid Driver's License**: Requires a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
**Certifications**
* This position is identified as level three (3), requiring the security and confidentiality of records and information to prevent substantial harm, embarrassment, inconvenience, or unfairness to any individual on whom information is maintained.
* Segregation of duties will be used to ensure that errors or irregularities are prevented or detected on a timely basis by employees in the normal course of business.
**Employment Type**
