**Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – Healthcare and Analytics Research**

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Investigation and Conduct Change team at arenaflex. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data-driven solutions to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, design and develop data models, and implement data-driven solutions.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Execute models, develop tools, and create algorithms to improve processes related to HCB's case environment.
* Identify and measure opportunities for research to improve efficiency and increase automation in claim settlement, and claim modification.
* Create, validate, and execute algorithms and predictive models to research issues, identify patterns, and suggest solutions.
* Investigate, analyze, and interpret large volumes of data in various formats.
* Perform investigations of structured and unstructured data to address complex business issues.
* Utilize advanced statistical procedures and numerical analysis.
* Design and develop data pipelines to integrate, collect, and normalize data that produces insights and addresses reporting needs.
* Use data visualization techniques to communicate research findings and support business decisions effectively.
* Develop and assess the data needs of assigned projects and ensure the integrity of the data.
* Investigate existing data and suggest additional sources of data for enhancements.
**Required Capabilities:**
* 2+ years of significant scientific experience
* Experience programming using R or Python
* Experience in SQL
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
* Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
