With a team of dedicated professionals who share our vision and values, we strive to create a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth, learning, and success. **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Retail Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for: * Providing expert advice and support to customers in all areas of our business, including print, signs & graphics, and shipping * Utilizing consultative skills to anticipate customer needs, suggest alternatives, and find solutions to meet customer needs * Demonstrating a thorough knowledge of our products and services, including pricing and product information * Operating and maintaining a wide variety of equipment, including printing, binding, and shipping equipment * Managing complex projects and ensuring timely completion * Maintaining a safe, clean, and orderly retail store environment * Processing financial transactions using a Point of Sale terminal (POS), including handling cash and making change * Staying current on retail store merchandising materials and ensuring proper display of all retail area product and signage * Taking preemptive action to prevent errors and waste * Completing required financial paperwork and assisting with financial reporting, including daily sales, close-outs, and bank deposits **Essential Qualifications and Requirements** * High school diploma or equivalent education * 6+ months of specialized experience in a retail or customer service environment * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to stand during entire shift, excluding meal and rest periods * Ability to move and lift 55 pounds * Ability to bend/twist at the waist and knees on a consistent basis * Ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and other team members * Ability to perform work activities requiring cooperation and instruction * Ability to function in a fast-paced environment, under substantial pressure * Ability to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time * Ability to work with minimal supervision * Ability to report regularly to work and maintain established business hours in order to support the arenaflex business **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment * Knowledge of print, signs & graphics, and shipping products and services * Experience with Point of Sale terminals (POS) and financial transactions * Ability to work in a team environment and provide support to colleagues * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong customer service skills and ability to provide expert advice and support * Ability to operate and maintain a wide variety of equipment, including printing, binding, and shipping equipment * Strong organizational and time management skills **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
