Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies for professional services, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives
• Lead cross-functional sourcing initiatives, evaluating suppliers and experts based on pre-determined selection criteria
• Develop and lead RFI/RFP processes for professional services, analyzing bids and negotiating contracts to achieve the best possible value
• Prepare and execute clear, fact-based negotiation strategies, utilizing Strategic Sourcing methodology
• Manage post-award administration, ensuring compliance with Sourcing and Procurement regulations and best practices
• Analyze market trends and conditions, identifying opportunities to optimize supplier relationships and improve overall value
• Participate in professional development activities to stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 5+ years of strategic sourcing experience, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in services category sourcing
• Ability to engage with and establish relationships with personnel at all levels
• Strong strategic agility, analytical skills, and negotiation abilities
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to collaborate in a team environment
• Internal client focus, with the ability to work in various environments and handle ambiguity
• Knowledge of Sourcing & Procurement processes, basic legal terms & conditions, and entertainment industry trends and conditions

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

• Experience working with and/or for companies that offer consulting and advisory services
• Professional Services Sourcing background is a plus
• Consulting/Advisory background is a plus

Education

A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field is required.
