Key Responsibilities • Manage and organize calendars, appointments, and virtual meetings. • Handle email correspondence, respond to inquiries, and prioritize messages for follow-up. • Assist with data entry, record keeping, documentation, and file management. • Support customer service operations by responding to customer queries accurately and promptly. • Conduct internet research and prepare reports, summaries, and presentations. • Coordinate tasks with internal teams and provide administrative support for ongoing projects. • Monitor online platforms, update listings, and assist with basic e-commerce tasks as required. • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism. Experience • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in administrative support, customer service, or virtual assistance. • Previous experience in e-commerce or technology environments is a plus but not mandatory. • Freshers with strong skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
