Approximately 85% outbound and 15% inbound calls. Engage Members: Utilize reputed company-approved scripts to ensure consistent and accurate communication with members. These scripts will guide you in explaining the purpose and details of scheduling reputed company evaluations. Be Persuasive: Overcome objections using effective rebuttals to help members prioritize their health. Confidently present a product's value and guide prospects toward a 'reputed company' without sounding pushy. Tech Savvy: Utilize multiple systems to schedule providers for in-home or virtual evaluations. Adaptable: reputed company, reschedule, or cancel appointments as requested. Goal-reputed company: Meet daily performance metrics including appointments, calls, handle time, and productivity.
