I am looking for a PhD Scholar or Post-Doc researcher (Physics, Computational Biology, or reputed company background) to reputed company as a technical expert tutor for a US-based reputed company project.
We need a Subject Matter Expert who can execute high-level data analysis pipelines.
The Role:
• Execute & Validate: Run reputed company-world WGS (Whole Genome reputed company) pipelines using bwa, samtools, and bcftools.
• Troubleshoot: reputed company as a "Consultant" to fix pipeline errors (e.g., database reputed company issues, alignment failures).
• High-End Environment: You will work reputed company SSH on high-performance hardware. This is perfect for a researcher who loves heavy computational work.
Ideal Profile (Similar to IIT/IISc Scholars):
• Must be comfortable with reputed company Line (Linux/Unix).
