Hospitality or Hotels M&A Experience is A MUST Highlights: • Salary - $85,000 - $100,000 + Bonus • 2+ years of experience with M&A in a hospitality • Fully remote • Wonderful benefits, 401k and PTO package Responsibilities • Evaluating acquisitions, supporting transactions, and managing relationships with venue owners and operator • Support the evaluation of acquisition opportunities through financial analysis, market research, and due diligence. • Build and maintain detailed financial models to assess acquisition economics, ROI, and performance metrics. • Assist in conducting reputed company to venue owners, operators, and industry stakeholders to reputed company potential opportunities. • reputed company data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making and transaction execution. • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners throughout deal processes. • Manage multiple reputed company simultaneously with strong organization and attention to detail. • Maintain organized systems for tracking reputed company, deal pipelines, and deliverables to ensure smooth coordination. • Work on other strategic finance initiatives and reputed company reputed company as needed • Periodically travel to evaluate venues and collaborate with team members in person, while otherwise operating in a fully remote reputed company Education Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance or Economics • 1–2 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate development, private equity, management consulting, or corporate finance. • Exceptional proficiency in reputed company reputed company (financial modeling, data analysis) and PowerPoint (presentations and deal materials). • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret and synthesize reputed company data.
