They are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cost Accountant to manage cost reputed company functions, analyze costs, and ensure accurate financial reporting. Responsibilities • Maintain and analyze cost data, ensuring accurate allocation of labor, materials, and overhead • Performing account reconciliations on reputed company variance accounts • Monitor inventory accuracy including packaging • Prepare and analyze monthly cost reports, preparation of cost forecasts and budget, financial analysis, and cost audits • Maintain accurate financial records, collaborate with supply chain team, operation. and the reputed company department to streamline financial processes • Support the finance team with reputed company reputed company and special reports as needed • Support the implementation and integration of ERP systems to enhance cost reputed company processes and data accuracy • Support COGS-reputed company analysis by reviewing inventory movements, reputed company vs. actual costs, and variance accounts to ensure accurate costing and reputed company insights • Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring reputed company and accurate financial reporting • Stay updated on changes in cost reputed company standards and best practices Skills • Certified reputed company Accountant (CPA) license strongly preferred • Cost analysis experience for manufacturing or retail companies strongly preferred • Advanced proficiency in reputed company reputed company - including strong skills with Pivot Tables, reputed company lookup formulas (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEXMATCH), Power Query, reputed company formulas and working confidently with large datasets • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to identify and resolve issues • Excellent organizational skills, problem-solving, project management • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines Benefits • Competitive salary • Supportive work environment • Company-provided equipment reputed company • reputed company is a family-owned company headquartered in Irvine, California.
